I will be signing copies of Hit List: The Best of Latino Mystery at BookExpo America on Saturday, May 30, from 3:30-4:30 p.m., at the Javits Center. Maybe I will see you there. I’m at the point in my career where it would still be charming to have a stalker. Next year, I hope, not so much. So this would be the time.

Where Else
Once upon a time I went to a con and was in the audience during a Q&A with Terry Austin. I asked him when he was going to get back together with John Byrne. He was polite, but I think I heard him grinding his teeth. I went up and got his autograph on my copy of Cloak & Dagger 1. He signed it. It wasn’t smudged.
How about adding St. Louis to the tour, eh?
Wish I could make it, but I expect to be somewhere just south of The Great Smokey Mountains National Park around that day.
